I have good news for you: in future, we will be focusing more on organic bread rolls in our small bread range. This will certainly increase our range in this respect. Unfortunately, however, we are not planning any vegan peaks. But what is not yet, can still be.

At Kaufland in Germany, for example, I bought:
Chia rolls, which were super tasty.
Protein rolls would also be possible.
Vegan rolls are already available. The Bürli are vegan, as are Pariesli Hell
I think chia and protein buns would be great and I would buy them straight away.

Very good suggestion, we have been waiting a long time for "healthy" "wholesome" vegan organic rolls.
I would be happy about wheat-free rolls with (original) spelt and oat bran, preferably wholemeal, or a real graham roll. I wouldn't mind vegan croissants either ;-D. But please don't make huge rolls like the square organic roll with sunflower seeds, we prefer approx. 60 gram portions.
