I can well imagine that your curiosity is now aroused. I would also be happy to give you specific details. However, at the moment we can't say any more. We have not yet defined the details. We are therefore very open to and grateful for your suggestions.
I think chia and protein buns would be great and I would buy them straight away.

Very good suggestion, we have been waiting a long time for "healthy" "wholesome" vegan organic rolls.
I would be happy about wheat-free rolls with (original) spelt and oat bran, preferably wholemeal, or a real graham roll. I wouldn't mind vegan croissants either ;-D. But please don't make huge rolls like the square organic roll with sunflower seeds, we prefer approx. 60 gram portions.
