I would like to see more 1/4 fat cheese. Especially with semi-hard cheeses, but also particularly with soft cheeses.
In Germany, you can really choose in these areas. Especially the soft cheeses - there are many varieties with 11g or 12g fat per 100%. Many sweetbreads / French soft cheeses are offered there. A real delight.
Here in Switzerland, more and more is being cut back. Now, for example, I have seen that the organic mountain cheese is being discontinued 1/4 fat and replaced by a full-fat cheese. That simply can't be right. Only Léger Bergkäse and Tilsiter are still 1/4 fat. I would ask that this be expanded. We really do have more than enough full-fat cheeses.
Even among the soft cheeses. Léger Brie was abolished a long time ago, much to the regret of customers. There, too, the only cheese left is Léger Camemenbert. I don't like the Tommes.
So please, offer more Brie with 11 or 12 grams of fat and also expand the semi-soft cheeses.
And don't say that demand is too low!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because the taste of these cheeses is excellent and I simply don't want to drive to Konstanz all the time.
And please...................no strange alternatives. Just expand the range by 1/4.
Because as I said, full-fat cheese is a dime a dozen in Migros!!!!!!!
