The lozenges "Medisana actilife Cistus Echinacea ImmunFit" are no longer on the shelves. Is this a supply shortage or is the product no longer being sold? I see here that there is a similar sounding product from Sanactiv. Is it the same? I really hope that this product remains in the range, because I have never had anything so effective in the first few hours of an infection.
