I have to express my displeasure. Since the manufacturer's changeover, I no longer buy a packet. When I went to vocational school, I used to buy a packet every day - it was simply cult for me to eat them during the breaks. And now this! The popcorn is either oversalted, too hard or simply black!
Am I the only person who feels this way?

We are sorry that our new popcorn in the 100g bag no longer tastes as good as before.
We carried out various comparative tastings before the changeover and chose the new product because it was crunchier and more aromatic than its predecessor.
We will pass on your input to the supplier. Can you please send us a pack so that we can check the salt content and hard grains? This is the only way we can make a more precise statement and check the production samples and protocols based on the M-Data and lot number.
No changes to this product are planned for the time being.

Why don't you go to EKZ Rosenberg? The shelves are filled with popcorn bags. They have various black kernels in them.... I certainly won't buy one of the bags just to send it to you - I hope that's understandable. Are you allowed to know who the old manufacturer was? The manufacturer who filled the smaller packs? I would like to ask them directly where I can still get their popcorn.....

I've just found out that the supplier has made some slight changes to the recipe - not least because of your feedback from the spring. We were able to improve the quality of the popcorn so that there should no longer be any black kernels in the packaging.
