unfortunately, i have not been able to find this information in the forum discussions so far. on the can itself, only "coconut fat" is stated - in contrast to the coop product, where "hydrogenated coconut fat" is also explicitly mentioned.

as i'm not sure whether there is an obligation to declare hydrogenated fats, i wanted to ask a quick question here...
