What's the difference between the M-Budget toasts and the classic ones? I mean apart from the price and the packaging, of course. I'm torn every time...

It consists of the following ingredients: Wheat flour, water, wheat protein, yeast, rapeseed oil, table vinegar, iodized table salt, barley malt flour, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
The list of ingredients for M-Classic Toast & Sandwich Terrasuisse (article number 1112.735) is as follows: Wheat flour*, water, rapeseed oil, yeast, wheat protein, table vinegar, iodized table salt, sugar, barley malt flour, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid. * in IP-SUISSE quality
We only add a very small amount of sugar - this is not perceptible to the senses. As a yeast food, it improves the sprouting and fermentation behavior, has a positive effect on crust coloration and crust crust crust and leads to longer freshness and a moister crumb.
The difference between the two toasts lies in the IP-Suisse flour.
