Mbudget waiting loop

Dear Migros team and forum participants,
After several attempts in which I did not make it out of the waiting loop, I am quite frustrated with the Mbudget hotline. I had read that there were problems in 2016 and that Migros had promised to solve them. Unfortunately, I can't see any sign of this.
My frustration is particularly high because I don't even have a particularly complicated issue - I just need a new sim card (in the Nano size). Unfortunately, there is no other way to order such a card, as the Mprint staff confirmed to me. I was also unable to order a new card in my online account and could not find a contact form there either.
I hope that this situation will be improved soon. I am usually a big Migros fan but this customer service is disappointing.
Have other participants here in the forum had similar experiences?
