At the moment I would say: I'd rather have anything other than m budget tv and the Internet! Since I've been using this service, I've only had problems with it and watching TV is no fun at all.
I wonder why Migros is offering something for money that is only half-finished or not at all?
A short list of the problems that occur:

-Every day since the first day, error messages when watching TV. Error code 100, 101, 103, 152, 153 etc... Always switch off Rauter, restart etc. Maybe it will work again after 15 minutes.
-Internet has regular dropouts. sometimes 5 min, sometimes 10 min. just like that for no apparent reason

etc. etc..

In addition, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Since I've been on the phone with them for the umpteenth time now, I know what I'm talking about.

-Employees often speak bad German and are incredibly incompetent. One person says one thing, and 2 days later someone else says the complete opposite
-Promises were made that someone would get back to me, but no one did.
-A technician was sent to us after work on a bicycle, who looked at our problems but couldn't do any more than I could.

Since I only had to pay half the price of the subscription for the first 4 months, it was more or less bearable. But now I have to pay the full price and, according to customer service, I can't cancel until March 17. Regardless of whether the stuff works or not.

Conclusion: It's better to pay a few francs more and go to the competition. That way you can look forward to a relaxing movie or evening of football.
