Hello dear Migros community

I have been buying M-Budget toilet paper in the large pack for years. A top-quality product until mid-2013.

Let's remember: 2 years ago, the Migros management removed the large pack with the top quality from the range. Instead, they switched to a small pack of poorer quality. After huge protests, the decision was reversed and the packaging with the 18 rolls was available again - in the proven QQ quality - in larger stores. However, the small pack was not changed back to the "old quality" but has been sold in the "new" (poor) quality for 2 years.

Now it's happening: since fall 2013, Migros has been secretly switching to the poor quality for the large packs as well. Until this summer, the packaging still contained 18 rolls with a total of 6840 sheets, but now there are 18 rolls with a total of 6300 sheets!!! In plain language: the poorer quality means that 2 rolls per pack can be saved. As there are fewer sheets per roll, the customer has to get supplies more quickly...

Have others here also noticed this? It's a pity that the Migros managers ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS think only of optimization, and thus annoy the customers!!!
