The m-budget tv constantly has faults which are not rectified for several days, even weeks. During this time, options such as replay and recordings do not work. At the end of the month you pay the normal price. I find that outrageous.

We have the same problem... Internet connection much too bad and slow... TV only works with total interference can't use it... We were told it was due to the router which was replaced still the same problem. And we are still paying for it!

Just like Swisscom, Sunrice, UPC etc., there are always faults...

Do you have fiber optics? No? Then it's via old lines (Swisscom via telephone...).
If it has fiber optics, it should be significantly different.
