A few months ago I bought the winter M-Budget socks. Even after washing and tumbling them several times, they still fluff up incredibly on my feet.
In and of themselves they are comfortable to wear but when I take the socks off I just have black feet. So the socks were definitely a bad buy. Now I've bought branded socks again because they don't fluff.
Maybe you can test whether it was just me or whether the socks are just not that good.

yes, unfortunately exactly the same thing happened to me!
So I had to throw the socks away and go back to other brands. Can you possibly report the problem to the people responsible so that appropriate adjustments can be made?

Happened to me too, but I kept wearing/washing them and it stopped again. Now about 80% of them are super comfortable, the rest have stretched out extremely for some reason...?
