I have been a big fan of M-Budget raclette cheese since it was introduced. But for some time now, the quality and taste have simply not been the same as before.

While the cheese was originally tender, creamy and very fine in taste, it is now the same as any run-of-the-mill raclette cheese: "Chätschig" and tasteless. As if it were a completely different type of cheese.
To put it nastily, as if it were normal Emmi cheese ;-))

Was a different manufacturer or a different type of cheese chosen?
