I had my mobile subscription with M-Budget. I went to South Africa for 3 months. Unfortunately, my cell phone didn't work and I couldn't make any calls myself. I was then referred to Swisscom Tech Service. They couldn't solve the problem either. Back home, I went to M-electronics again. They referred me to Swisscom again. Swisscom again said that everything was fine. So I went to South Africa again at the beginning of February. But unfortunately the same again. Once again, lots of phone calls (which I made using my wife's mobile). And she received a hefty bill of more thanCHF 180.00. I complained and only after following up did I receive a credit note for this amount. Although the cell phone was still not working, the monthly fee continued to be deducted!

I then canceled the subscription and there was still a credit note of over CHF 100.00 outstanding. I received a friendly letter asking me to provide my account details (although these were already known...). But now I received a letter saying that nothing could be credited to me because the credit was no longer valid due to the termination! Although I asked again urgently, I was given the same notice again.you have to imagine; I paid the subscription fee and telephone costs of CHF 180.00 for nine months, could not make calls during this time and the answer from M-Budget, Mrs. (name deleted by the editors) from Migros Service, is succinct that she is not back in South Africa, it is difficult for me to do anything about it.I find it a bottomless impudence to offer bad service, never apologize for it and then rip it off! Never again M-Budget Mobile!
