I am massively disappointed by the M-Budget Mobil Contact Center tel. hotline. 5 weeks ago I signed a cell phone contract with M-Budget Mobil. Approx. 2 days after activation, I suddenly received text messages asking me to perform sexual acts or to which I was supposed to reply. Since then, I have received about 6-7 such text messages per week. Two weeks ago, I complained to the hotline. I was assured at the time that I would receive a new phone number. As I still hadn't heard anything from M-Budget after a week, I called the hotline again last week. After about 40 minutes on hold, I finally got someone on the line who apologized for the delay. A new telephone number was to be assigned to me immediately. Now another 3 days have passed. So far no communication from M-Mobile, but lots of perverse text messages.
