I have also had M-Budget Internet with TV and telephone since September 2013.

First of all, everything works. But the 'speed' is really a mega problem. I was promised 15 Mbit, but so far I've only achieved a maximum of 8 Mbit and when I watch TV, it's only 4 Mbit. The upload is max. 0.8 Mbit.

I've already contacted the hotline and according to them, that's all M-Budget can offer. And I have been put off until January 2014. They really don't deliver what they promised.

Swisscom (and WINGO is a Swisscom subsidiary) easily delivers 25 Mbit at my location (note: with VDSL). So ADSL2+ should really be able to achieve 15 Mbit.

Dear Migros. I am a loyal customer, but you have to do something about the Internet and speed product as quickly as possible, otherwise it really is a deceptive package and not only attentive customers will notice that.
