We wanted Internet and TV from mbudget for our new apartment. But this turned out to be a huge failure. First the Internet was activated from the wrong address although the correct address was given, when it didn't work we were insulted by a woman on the hotline who barely spoke German and said it was our own fault. In the end, we were repeatedly put off and told it would work soon until we finally canceled the contract after 1.5 months and looked for another provider, who managed to get us Internet within 2 days. Although we haven't had internet from Mbudget for a single day, we are being harassed with bills and reminders. A huge mess! I can only recommend to choose another internet provider and save a lot of time and nerves!
