Unfortunately, I have to agree with some dissatisfied customers regarding the M-Budget DSL offer.
For me, the attractive monthly price of 59.80 SFr. was the decisive factor in taking out a subscription. Only after I had concluded the contract online was I informed that I would have to hire an electrician at my own expense to finally set up the connection. None of my e-mails were answered.
With average costs for an electrician in Zurich (approx. 150 SFr.), I end up paying 72.30 SFr.; I could have taken out a contract with a higher bandwidth directly with Swisscom. With SC, I don't have to pay a technician extra.
Personally, I can only advise against the supposedly cheap offer.
