I think it's good that the M-Budget double cookies are now also available in individual packs.
But my question: weren't they once lactose-free? I've seen that they contain whey. Has that always been the case? If so, I was wrong... but if not, why the change?

I have checked with the people responsible for this product: they have not made any changes to the recipe - whey has always been an ingredient in the double cookies.
