Hello everyone, I have an external hard drive MAXTOR 2TO USB 3 2.5" like new, never used, bought 1/2 price Migros (=59.50) on 21.12.2017, that is to say 3 and a half years. Warranty probably 2 years. It no longer works, as it turns badly and makes a slight tic-tic-tic that does not engage. I've shaken it, unplugged it, plugged it back in, changed the USB 2/3 plug again and again. What can I do, Migipédia, other than gather up my savings and run to the sales to buy a 4TB for the same price, which is likely to break down in 3 years' time? Any ideas?
