Dear Migros My M-Budget prepaid subscription was converted by Migros into an M-Budget Mobile Maxi subscription - without an order! That was on April 13. You were unable to reverse this mistake, so I had to change providers (on your advice). Not only did the change to the subscription eat up my CHF 44.48, but you also want an additional CHF 12.20 - and are threatening me with a CHF 20.00 reminder fee! Despite several telephone interventions, I have not yet received a written explanation for your maximum customer unfriendliness. I don't care who did what. But I think it's downright cheeky that you want me to pay for your mistake! We've both invested hours now and the mistake has the potential for even more exciting stories that will interest many people.
