In the Limmatplatz store, a sales assistant even served a lady with her mask completely pulled down, the customer had also pulled her mask down completely and even walked around the counter a bit, so that the two of them were not even a metre apart and had a lively conversation. Sory, that's not how it works.
Is every M employee who doesn't wear the mask properly really being blackballed on this platform? Why don't you speak to them directly or to the store manager? Do you lack the courage? I don't think this "blackening" or public pillorying is acceptable. We are civilized, aren't we?
