Yesterday I went to the M-Restaurant and the certificates were checked at the entrance. If you say you're going to the terrace or getting something to take away, you can go in without a certificate. That makes sense, as long as people actually go to the terrace. However, I think it's difficult to make sure that people without certificates leave after going to the buffet. But what irritated or even disturbed me the most was that as soon as they had passed the checkpoint, some people took off their masks and put them in their trouser pockets. At first I thought I was in the wrong movie. I asked the staff if I had missed something. The answer was: people with a certificate don't have to wear a mask in the restaurant, they can stay in the clusters in front of the buffet without a mask. Masks must be worn when shopping (usually at a distance), but not in the buffet area. I simply assume that the FOPH has lifted the mask requirement in restaurants because ONLY people with a certificate are there. I don't think it's in the inventor's interest for people to be in such a place without a mask. Especially since it is almost impossible to check whether only people with a certificate have taken off their masks. As Migros, I would clearly maintain the mask requirement in the buffet area.
