Mascarpone in small format - a request to Migros Region Lucerne for so many people.
Not only more sustainable for single households, as you don't always have to throw half away.
I only see advantages to this - as the competition doesn't stock small formats either.

It's not that you throw it away because you don't know what to do ;-) It's that you can't store it in the fridge for long and it forms mold relatively quickly.
Personally, I only use mascarpone for very few dishes and unfortunately don't want to eat dessert for 3 days in a single household.
The product is already available at Migros - we would just like to have it in our region :-)
Oh yes, I'm always annoyed about that too. I like to use marscapone to refine dishes, but the normal pack is just too big for a single household. And using marscapone for 3 days is not always feasible. :)
