I love mascarpone on pizza. I only need about 1/4 of the tubs you offer, as I rarely use mascarpone in the kitchen and the rest often ends up in the bin with mold. Is it possible to offer smaller portions of mascarpone?

That's exactly how I do it. I mix the rest with quark, a little milk if necessary, then add berries and a delicious dessert is ready. Alternatively, add some cold coffee or vanilla paste and you have a fine cream ?
For me, the mascarpone doesn't get old and dusty.

That would really make sense with mascarpone, then I would buy it more often. Wouldn't it work with cream too? You have to buy three of the little ones together, but thanks to the packaging and the corresponding shelf life, I also use them.
