I've been looking for Marronicrème for a long time - unfortunately it's no longer available in our Migros. At first I thought it was because of the poor harvest back then (I think it was 2 years ago and I still miss it), but it can't have been that long.
Where can I find them?

That's nice, thank you. I live in Zurich and usually shop at Wiedikermärt, alternatively also at Migros Limmatplatz (the flagship, so to speak :-). Rarely at Migros City Löwenstrasse.

I have already contacted the person responsible for the product. She has confirmed to me that this marronica cream is a product that is only available regionally - primarily in French-speaking Switzerland.

That will be the case: The cream is not available in the Aare cooperative(Biel-Bienne region) but is available in the Société coopérative Migros Neuchâtel-Fribourg(région Jura & Trois-Lacs).
