It seems to me that it's actually difficult on a store scale because sugar is also responsible for a longer shelf life of the product. and the target audience seems to be less interested in unsweetened products. It sounds basically the same if the jam was made from berries without sugar. but that's just my opinion).

I made it myself at the weekend and it was delicious. I sweetened either the cream or the puree with sweetener. But it works really well to make a puree. Be it with water, coconut milk, half-and-half, almond milk etc....
