Dear Migros.
Why is there no almond butter in the range? You can do so much with almond butter and it's sooooooo healthy.
Baking, sauces, salad dressing, just for eating, cookies, almond milk (lactose-free), spreads, ice cream, etc etc.
Why is this great product not in the range?

I also use almond butter regularly and would be delighted to find it in Migros.

I would like to try almond butter. I've never eaten it before and have therefore been thinking about going to the health food store to buy it. So I'm also interested and would be delighted to see it included in the Migros range.
I make it myself.
Empty one or two M-Classic packets of ground almonds or one almond and one hazelnut packet into a saucepan. Heat this for about ¼ hour, stirring constantly and checking*, until the oil comes out and a creamy mass is formed.
*The pot should not be warmer than body temperature, as the almond paste will burn under high heat. If you like, you can add a little coconut oil to the pot.

So much for the recipe. Thank you Istanbul! Making it yourself is of course always the best solution....I'll have to try it out myself. Unfortunately, my stove is not so finely adjustable, so that could cause problems with the temperature.....
....something that would certainly make it easier to buy the product, but I'd like it to be just as natural as the homemade "Istanbul product" ;): No additives, no added sugar or anything else....pure almond! By the way, I would wish the same for peanut butter or other nut butters/nut butters. MERCI.
I would also be very happy about the introduction of this product, as we bake a lot, it would be an alternative to my homemade "Nussgifeli".
