As a child, I was addicted to mandarin sorbet, which was only available in the restaurant at the Seeteufel zoo. I didn't care about the animals there, I wanted my favorite ice cream. A plastic tangerine filled with delicious sorbet. I've missed it for years. Coop tried it, but it's too sour. Please, please, please reinvent mandarin sorbet!
