You will still receive the vouchers in paper form every 2 months. You should have received the last vouchers on November 2.

The system with the digital receipts is a nuisance for people who are not very familiar with digital things ... and also for others, if they don't let themselves be "lulled" by this innovation.
It is not made very clear that people will receive the vouchers by post as before and that they can (but do not have to) turn these vouchers into digital vouchers.
The problem that this creates falls (unfortunately) right into my "culture" as a "logistician ... it is a "timeline problem". Either the receipts reach the user BEFORE the electronic receipts, or the electronic receipts arrive earlier. This problem cannot be solved in the long term with linear thinking. As long as Migros does not implement a completely new idea, there will always be people who do not understand that postal delivery is sometimes delayed or faster than planned.
