Concerning the lactose-free quark.
I really like this quark and hope that it will be available for a long time to come. But unfortunately it always goes off before the expiration date. I've just had one with an expiration date of 04.10.2012. The pot was totally full and it almost "expired".
Unfortunately, this often happens.
Is this a known problem?

Thank you for this message. So far I have not noticed this problem. But of course this should not be the case. I will pass this information on to the product managers immediately so that they can look into the matter.
By the way: In such cases, you can also contact the M-Infoline directly (top right, labeled in gray). They can clarify the matter more quickly.

Repeated posting and impatience are useless. In such a case, note down the lot, batch or lot number or whatever it is called and those responsible can check the batch with this number.
As Tanja has written, you will be served more quickly via M-Infoline and the entry will also be given a ticket number!
