What are your experiences with M Electronics, if you buy items that have defects from production will they be exchanged without any problems? e.g. if you buy new headphones and find a scratch in the housing that has no business being there.
Are such items exchanged?

I haven't actually had any bad experiences. Hardly had to exchange or dispose of anything before the warranty expired. You can take it back to Migros in M elektronic for free, as you pay disposal costs on every electrical appliance, too. At large M-electronics there are even large disposal boxes. So much for disposal.
I also had a problem with a pair of wireless headphones for the TV with station, which I was able to exchange without any problems. Then there was a pedometer thing for my mother. She doesn't have a PC or smartphone, so she doesn't have any apps that she could download. I would have to do everything in my name and that's not the purpose.
I returned it and it was no problem. The 2nd time the instructions were in Chinese and English. Then I left it alone and my mother doesn't have her pedometer now. Otherwise I have good experience
