Dear Migros team I have recently noticed that the quality of the handles on M-Budget toilet paper has deteriorated dramatically. The last 3 times I bought this toilet paper, I didn't get home before the handle tore and I live 1 minute's walk from a Migros store here in the neighborhood. I then took the pack under my arm and the packaging film tore in several places. I didn't grab it too tightly, nor do I have long fingernails or anything else. On my last visit to the large Migros store on Marktgasse in Bern, I walked past the toilet paper shelf and the carrying handle was already broken on a good third of the M-Budget toilet paper packs, so they were lying on the shelf. Did they change anything about the composition of the packaging?
