I am with M-Budget Prepaid and have been very satisfied so far, but now I am forced to switch to a subscription with a third-party provider (for business reasons). This means that my remaining (relatively generous) credit will expire without me being able to do anything with it. I don't need nearly as many calls and data anymore. I'm very disappointed that Migros doesn't offer any other option here. Surely it should at least be possible to spend the credit in a Migros store? Is there really no goodwill? No transfer to a close relative?
