M Budget Internet / Mobile

We have been MBudget Mobile customers for 10 years and until we moved we were very satisfied. In the last 14 days, since our move, we have had a huge mess with MBudget Mobile. Although the move was reported, the Internet was switched to the old address, we were repeatedly put off by the 24-hour "switch-on time", two technicians were wrongly called out, many phone calls were made to customer service. In April, we had no Internet for several days, including until May 11. During this time, we had to exceed the data limit of our mobile subscriptions (invoice still outstanding). Miraculously, the Internet has been up and running since Saturday. Last but not least, a new router was sent to the old address (for whatever reason), and I now have to pay the fee for the parcel redirection. After a customer complaint, the lady on the phone told me today that she could reimburse me a maximum of 20 francs, and when I asked her in a friendly but firm manner what was going on with the monthly bills, she hung up the phone. Have any of you had similar experiences? Is there another place where you can lodge a complaint? The result from Budget Mobile customer service is not really acceptable. Kind regards
