This can happen if the app is not up to date or an old version of the operating system is installed on the device. Please check whether the app is up to date, then close it completely (but do NOT uninstall it), i.e. also close the applications on the phone that are still running in the background. If you then open the app again, the latest version should be used and the code can also be retrieved.
If it still does not work, please send us the exact model name of your phone and the version of the operating system.
