I bought a tube of mayonnaise where the mayonnaise clearly has a problem, when refrigerated it comes out of the tube all liquid, I no longer have the receipt, can I return it to any Migros (it being understood that I prefer to change Migros so as not to come across another tube from the same batch)?

Hello PrincessErika, thank you for the additional information. It is indeed sufficient in this case. We missed a mistake during production of the batch with the best-before date of 20.8.2017. As a result, the consistency is too liquid. However, there is absolutely no health risk associated with its consumption. We have withdrawn the remaining defective tubes from the stores. Apparently, however, you still took one of these tubes, which we naturally regret. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Even though I'm not concerned by this mayonnaise, I'm surprised by Migros' response. If I had this Mayo and wanted to use it when I had guests or even if I like Mayo (non-liquid)..... I would have thought that Migros would offer to exchange it?
I received a gift card with Fr. 5.-- from Migros for my trouble? - the emojis aren't very good on this site!
