I haven't tried it, but I think it's a live chat function like other companies offer: You can chat live with an M-Infoline employee about a concern. So you're in direct written dialog with someone from Migros. It's like talking on the phone, but with a keyboard.

Now I have another question, do you mean the button on the right in the tab on the migros.ch page under " Home - Services - Customer Service & Contact - ContactM-Infoline" ?
If it is this button, it is exactly as @AlMiDeCoLi explains. You have the possibility to communicate directly with the Infoline about your request via keyboard.
