Hello, has anyone ordered anything from Melectronics in the last few days? Have you received the delivery or do you know when it will be delivered? I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 days. Phone is not working, contact forms and email are not answered.

My confirmation says 25.03.2020. The online account still shows this date... Customer service is not available, or I receive automatically generated answers. I understand the delays, but I expect the dates to be adjusted.

I felt the same way. My tip: don't order any more from M electronics. I'm better off with other providers who deliver. It's so easy to solve Migros' weak performance
