Delivery problems and waiting times of over 2 months?

We placed an order with Migros DoIt & Garden on April 5 and have already paid for it. To this day, 2 June, two months later, we are still missing almost half of all the items we ordered. After calling the hotline several times, we still have no information about whether the items are being dispatched, whether and when they will arrive or why the delivery status online is incorrect (e.g.: we have received a cherry tree, although the status is listed online as unknown). We understand that there were a lot of orders during Corona and that delays can therefore occur. But when I see that a sale is being offered on the website while we have been waiting for our orders for 2 months, my mood changes. Sure, customer service tries to appease us as nicely as possible, but that won't do us any good if we receive our summer products sometime in autumn. My email inquiry from 2 weeks ago wasn't even answered, which doesn't make my impression any better. in short: no delivery, no information and no trace of service. And that at Migros...I'm really close to getting help somewhere about what we have to do now to get either our money or our products... is it similar for others?
