The colleagues from LeShop have contacted you and ask you to contact their customer service on 0848 111 999 / kunden@leshop.ch for the refund of the overripe mirabelle plums.
In principle, they strive every day to offer flawless fruit and vegetables. Unfortunately, however, the quality chain of fresh produce often suffers, especially in the warmer months of the year.
This explains the negative experiences reported by greunelinsen.
I know this personally from goods that I have selected and bought myself.

I have already had to do this several times, but in the meantime I have completely or finally lost confidence! I will no longer order fruit and vegetables in future!
