Unfortunately, I am increasingly forced to shop at Coopathome! The organic range, e.g. of yoghurt, is poor. Where is the customer king here? A facelift and more responsiveness to customer wishes would be desirable.

I agree with my-gusto that the organic range on Le Shop is too meagre (I miss the oat nuts, for example). If the selection were larger, I could/would fall back on the online store during my longer periods of illness. Suggestion: Please add Alnatura products to the organic range, I am convinced that this would attract a lot of new Le Shop customers (including me ;-))...

Thank you very much for your messages. I have forwarded the request for a larger organic range to the people responsible at leshop.ch. They will consider how to expand the range. Personally, I think the Alnatura idea is pretty cool, it would make these products accessible to more people than before.

Yes, exactly, my product suggestions at Leshop seem to be ignored or not in line with the majority or not for profit (exception: Tabasco is back). There's a lot of useless stuff in the range and items (e.g. computer accessories) that you can easily order elsewhere and free of charge!

My product suggestion to include a SWISS APPLE WINE in the range has been ignored for years. I have to order it from COOPATHOME!
It's a disgrace that an English cider is offered instead!

I feel the same way. There is still no 50cl bottle of peanut oil available for the small household, I have to keep importing it from Germany.
Apart from mocha yoghurts, I find very few mocha desserts such as quark, etc.
