There used to be Philadelphia honey (which was awesome!) and Philadelphia Milka - also in Migros.

It's still best to make it yourself, because then you know what's really in it. I take the Philadelphia and mix in a little honey and the spread is ready.
I think the jam-like Zwergenwiese products are great... But they're not available in Migros.
Put butter or whatever you like on the bread and then sprinkle ovo on top :-)
