Léger Hollandaise

Léger Hollandaise

The asparagus season has begun and I was able to buy some local asparagus at the roadside for the first time. I went shopping with great anticipation, and of course the much-loved sachet sauce "Léger Hollandaise" was immediately on the shopping list. Unfortunately, the blue packet is no longer in the rack? The sauces in stand-up pouches or tetrapacks taste terribly sour and are inedible and the fatty ones are too heavy!

Dear trixvi

Thank you for your message! We're sorry that your favorite product, Légere Hollandaise, has disappeared from the Migros shelves. We normally take care to replace products that are less in demand.

I'll be happy to pass on your request, but I can't promise you that it will do any good.

Kind regards
Tanja, Migipedia team

The powdered hollandaise, the normal one is great - why don't you use that?
Just leave out the butter and it's light ... It still tastes good.

Doing it yourself is not as difficult as you might think.

@scandine:
I didn't leave the butter out completely, but I reduced it massively. That's right, then it's lighter and tastier!
