Léger salted butter

Léger gesalzene Butter

I really like salted butter. Together with bitter orange marmalade, it's a real treat.
Unfortunately, this butter is only available in the normal, full-fat variety.
I suggest making a variant of Léger salted butter/margarine (AHA version would be great).
