Who remembers the square slice of liver pâté with a peel-off "fat strip" around the edge? It's a childhood memory (late 80s) which I somehow mourn! I still remember the delicious taste and the slightly firmer consistency which didn't make it particularly spreadable! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I'm very late, but I've been looking for an article about this delicious pâté for a long time. Yes, I remember it very well, my parents used to buy it every time they went to Migros. It would be nice if they were available again. The same goes for the Kümmi cervelats!
