This has certainly already been discussed. However, I can't find any articles quickly.
If I activate the coupons for promotions and multiple points in the Migros app, then order in the Leshop, and have entered my Cumulus number there, I still won't receive the benefits even though I've ordered the 20x products and activated the 4x Cumulus points, right?
Or am I doing something wrong? I find it very illogical and a pity if this is really the case.

The coupons in the Migros app can be redeemed in Migros stores, but not at LeShop.
Although the online store is 80 percent owned by the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, it is run as an independent company and offers branded products as well as part of the Migros range.
Where exactly the coupons are valid (Migros, Alnatura, Melectronics, SportXX) is listed on both the paper and digital versions.

The argument is flawed. At Coop, all bonus programs are available integrated, whether in a store or via the webshop. With an 80% stake, this should be enforceable on the Migros range by the cooperative association. Where there's a will, there's a way. So what are you waiting for?
