I have a huge problem:
Since I've been on a lactose-free diet, I don't think I've ever traveled sooooo far and run from one store to the next to get the products I need!
Again and again I have to realize that LF products are removed from the assortment because they supposedly don't "run" well enough... Now my question: why do you have to be fixated on the sales of such products? It's already hard enough for those of us affected to find what we need... The competition is even worse... We may even have to drive from Baden to Zurich to buy a product we've grown fond of... or we're referred to the online store... where we again have a minimum order quantity and/or high delivery costs...
