Thank you for your message. I can well imagine that it is sometimes difficult to get the products you need if you are lactose intolerant. Do you have a specific example of a product that you are missing?



I can also pass on the general feedback - but with a specific example I can better research the reasons for the discontinuation.



Basically, the demand figures are our indication of which products our customers like and which they don't like as much. We only find out whether we are on the right track or whether we need to improve the products.

thank you very much for your answer... I am particularly looking for a meat spice mix... or chocolate yoghurt... Unfortunately, the new Migros in Gebensdorf/Turgi didn't have that either... as well as the LF ice cream... :( as well as the LF Guetzli etc... we have now resorted to shopping in Laufenburg DE... because I don't want to constantly miss out on sweet things just because they're not selling well and are therefore removed from the range...

hello everyone

i have known for 4 months that i have a lactose intolerance. in the migros (zurich-höngg) i find it very difficult to find the aha! products. i know yogurt now. but i can hardly find frozen products or other products from the aha! program (i searched for over an hour, then i left frustrated :(. it would be much easier for us affected people if the aha! label was clearly visible on the shelf/freezer in every migros!

the coop is a good example. whether i go to the coop in my neighborhood or in wädenswil with my sweetheart, i can see the free from signet on a light green stripe from afar (on the shelves - by the freezers etc.).

i would really like to see something like that in the migros store too!

Thank you for your message. Shopping can be really tedious and take a long time, especially at the beginning of an intolerance - I can really understand your frustration.



I am therefore happy to pass on the suggestion of labeling "aha!" products not only on the packaging but also on the shelves.

I can understand you! Waldshut and Laufenburg are not far away and offer people with lactose intolerance an extremely wide range of products. Even in small Edekas, rewes etc. you can get lactose-free products.

I learned from our label managers that the label for aha! products should be displayed on the shelves. The store manager in Zurich Höngg checked this immediately in the store.



If you can't find the label or have problems finding the right products again, please contact your local store directly: they will be happy to help you and check the label and add it if necessary.

i was only recently back in migros zürich-höngg, but i could see my improvement.

what bothers me the most is that the small green label looks exactly the same for aha! and *bio*. so i always have to get almost 30 cm away from the shelf to realize: aha! nope is organic.

as i said, it's better at the coop with the free from label. it's a greenish stripe and it says free from. it's just so simple and easy to understand:
