Unfortunately, lactose-free organic milk has been unavailable for some time now. According to an employee, it is no longer being produced because it is not profitable to manufacture two products. Okay, but why doesn't Migros decide to only produce the more environmentally friendly product? That would be in line with their sustainability strategy, wouldn't it?

Our goal is to create a range that meets as many of our customers' wishes and needs as possible. At the same time, we have to take into account the limited space available on the shelves. But that doesn't answer my question as to why the decision was made in favor of conventionally produced milk.
