Change is good! But if the number of negative comments is so high, both in French and German-speaking Switzerland, why persist in keeping something that doesn't suit the customer?

For me, as for many people, the new carton is not practical: you need two hands to pour milk (unscrew and pour), it doesn't pour well, I get nervous every time I open it to avoid spilling my milk, and many other disadvantages.

Why not turn back the clock? Put the conventional format back on the shelves, a format that has proved its worth over the years?

In any case, for the time being, I buy my milk elsewhere, where cartons are practical.
