Lactose-free coffee cream

Lactosefreier Kafferahm

Last month I still received the lactose-free coffee cream in bottles and now it's out of the range. I wonder why, because there are now a lot of people who suffer from lactose intolerance and the portions you can still buy are too small for me, I need about 3 for a coffee, so it's far too expensive. I would be happy if you added the bottles (they can also be larger) to your range. Please let me know when they are available again, thank you very much. Greetings Romy

Oh no, not that one too... That was quick, barely launched and already gone :-( You're right, the aha coffee cream bottle was really more practical/better than the aha coffee cream portions.

Hello merlin1001, thank you for your inquiry. As you rightly wrote, we no longer offer lactose-free coffee cream in a bottle. I have, of course, informed the specialist department of your request so that they can look into adjustments. Kind regards, Richi

I now assume that it was reported because of the lactose-free coffee cream in the bottle, which has not been available for about 2 years now. Unfortunately, I still have to buy the portions, which are extremely expensive and I simply need too much. It's a bit of a concession for us lactose intolerants, everything that is lactose-free is already more expensive anyway and there are more promotions for lactose-free milk, I'm getting poor........Thanks for your understanding

Hello merlin1001, thank you for contacting us again with your request. We immediately clarified with our specialist department whether we will be offering lactose-free cream in bottles again. Unfortunately, this is not the case - in the past, we have already offered lactose-free cream in 250 ml bottles. Unfortunately, this was not very popular with our customers. We then decided to remove this cream from our range again. We are therefore currently refraining from reintroducing it. Kind regards, Angela
